Because our products are fresh, perishable food items, we maintain strict handling standards to ensure health, hygiene, and consumer safety.

No Returns on Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our blends (including our Premium Multigrain Atta, Gluten-Free Multigrain Atta, and MultiMillet Dosa Mix), we do not accept returns once an item has been shipped or delivered. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery by emailing orders@nutrisampoorn.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence. Validated claims will receive a free replacement package or a full refund back to the original payment channel within 5–7 business days.
